Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, with all original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@szegg.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU & UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, please contact us at customersupport@szegg.com.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

We may reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, and provide photos or videos of the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• replacement product
• partial refund
• full refund
• return with prepaid shipping label

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• items showing significant signs of use
• products returned without original packaging or missing components
• customized or personalized items
• gift cards or promotional items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we may also refuse returns if the product is returned in an unsanitary condition.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 5–14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If the returned product is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, a deduction may apply.
