Warranty Policy

1. Legal Warranty 

All EGGPRO products are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This means:

  • Products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality

  • If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund

  • Within the first 12 months, defects are generally presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise

This legal guarantee is provided free of charge and is separate from our commercial warranty below.


2. EGGPRO Commercial Warranty

We provide an additional warranty to ensure long-term product reliability:

Gaming Chairs

  • Frame & structural components: 3 years

  • Mechanisms (tilt, recline, base): 2 years

  • Gas lift: 2 years

  • Upholstery (PU/PVC, stitching): 1 year

Treadmills

  • Motor: 2 years

  • Frame: 3 years

  • Electronic parts: 2 years

  • Running belt & wear parts: 1 year

Exercise Bikes

  • Frame: 3 years

  • Resistance system & flywheel: 2 years

  • Electronic/display components: 1 year

  • Pedals, straps, and wear parts: 1 year


3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials or workmanship

  • Functional failures under normal use


4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, minor dents)

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Commercial or gym-level use (unless specified)

  • Damage caused by accidents or external factors


5. Warranty Claims Process

To make a claim, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.


6. Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, EGGPRO will:

  • Provide replacement parts

  • Offer repair guidance or service

  • Replace the product

  • Provide a partial or full refund (if applicable)

We will always choose the most efficient and reasonable solution for the customer.


7. Return & Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is confirmed as a warranty case, EGGPRO covers all related costs

  • If the issue is not covered, return or shipping costs may apply


8. Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU law


9. Product Safety & Usage

To maintain warranty validity:

  • Follow all instructions in the user manual

  • Use products only for intended home use

  • Do not exceed stated weight limits
